About Five Horizons Spa
Five Horizons Health Services is a non-profit community-based organization committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to communities across Mississippi and Alabama. They focus on expanding access to quality health services and strengthening the health and well-being of the communities they serve. The organization offers stigma-free, status-neutral care for HIV treatment, prevention, and sexual health, welcoming everyone regardless of HIV status, insurance, or ability to pay.
