Blue Light Floatation, located in New York City, is the oldest operating floatation center in the city. It's run out of the owner's Chelsea apartment. Blue Light Floatation offers state-of-the-art floatation (sensory deprivation tanks) and far infrared sauna therapy. Inside the tank, the brain is free to downshift, which may help with immune health, unification of the brain's hemispheres, stress reduction, and healing.
