      A very unique intriguing new way to help ease my anxiety and depression. I recommend to all my friends and family that this place is worth a try. Give it a chance for your mental health and physical health to align in a peaceful safe area for an hour (or two). Step by step walk in for a few minutes in the massage chair, you feel like melted butter once you’re done with that! You then go to the pool room and shower before hand to remove any loose hair, dead skin cells and what have you so as to keep the pool clean. You will use ear plugs to avoid getting water in your ears. They supply that and a floating neck pillow so your head is lifted a bit. You may Bob around and feel a little sea sick but that’s part of the calming yourself down into the quiet state. After that’s done the lights come back on and you shower once more to rinse the salt off. Totally a good way to relax your body into a restful rejuvenating state. At least try it once it’s worth the time and money equal to a spa session.

        LOVE LOVE LOVE, I was a little hesitant on the benefits of a float, but I’m not no more . I went into my appointment angry “husband and kid stuff”. I notice at the beginning of my floats my mind was a roller coaster. At the end of my float my thoughts were organized. I felt energized, and relaxed. I was no longer mad. I would recommend A float to anybody who has chronic pain, depression, stress, and anxiety. It’s nice to just escape reality and focus on yourself. I plan going back real soon.

          Glad you left in a better state of mind. It have done the same for me I wished that I had found floating years ago . It has helped my chronic pain and even slowed my squirrel cage down a little. Lol gald your happy with your float.

      I floated in the morning @ 9am and felt revitalized… never got the urge to nap and felt revitalized all evening.

      When I went in that morning, at 13 degrees F, my sacrum was hurting so bad I could hardly walk. After 60 minutes, pain was reduced 2/3, plus the autoimmune muscle & bone pain is only small areas instead of all over.

      I fully recommend taking advantage of Simply Floats’ group-on packages, and get started feeling better ASAP. Thank you!

        I was so excited to be able to try this and I definitely will be telling people about it. Can’t wait to do it again. Happy to have a healthy alternative for PTSD, anxiety, depression, sleep problems, pain and many other body benefits. I recommend everyone do their research and give it a try!
